Dennis is an associate in the Sacramento office, where he represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters which includes workplace safety and health (OSHA) matters. Dennis brings reasonableness and a client-based approach when tackling legal issues.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Dennis worked for an established workers’ compensation defense firm where he gained significant litigation experience. This included depositions, hearings, and conducting trials for clients in front of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Dennis’ experience has led to optimal case results for clients which includes case resolutions.
Dennis received his JD from McGeorge School of Law. He was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board where he finished first in the Asylum Moot Court Competition and was nominated for Order of the Barristers in 2020. He also interned with the Workers’ Rights Clinic and argued in front of the Labor Commissioner.
When Dennis is not practicing, he enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid sports fan, and likes being outdoors.
