Diane Holland is Client Team Counsel for one of Ogletree’s large retail clients and is based in Ogletree’s Sacramento office. She defends employers and management against California and federal employment litigation claims including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) matters. She also has experience with California wage and hour class action litigation and the Private Attorneys General Act.
Diane grew up in San Diego, California and received her juris doctor from University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, she was on USD’s Moot Court National Competition Team. Prior to attending law school, Diane worked as a television news reporter and fill-in anchor/producer in the Midwest. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Television & Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Political Science from Chapman University in Orange, CA. She was honored with a Cecil Award for excellence in broadcast journalism and served as Chapman Radio’s General Manager.
