Elena Nesch

Elena Nesch’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration law and strategic counsel. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Elena practiced employment-based immigration at a large firm where she managed a wide variety of case types for high volume, multinational companies. Elena also practiced business immigration at a law firm in Washington, D.C. advising corporate clients from a broad range of industries including information technology, financial services, energy and oil, engineering, pharmaceutical, and hospitality/healthcare. Elena’s areas of expertise include nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, PERM labor certifications, consular processing, and global immigration. She also possesses extensive experience providing corporations with strategic solutions focused on movement of foreign employees and customized global mobility programs tailored to attract and retain top talent. As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Elena stays abreast of immigration developments in real time and keeps clients well-informed throughout the various stages of the immigration process.
