Elena also practiced business immigration at a law firm in Washington, D.C. advising corporate clients from a broad range of industries including information technology, financial services, energy and oil, engineering, pharmaceutical, and hospitality/healthcare. Elena’s areas of expertise include nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, PERM labor certifications, consular processing, and global immigration. She also possesses extensive experience providing corporations with strategic solutions focused on movement of foreign employees and customized global mobility programs tailored to attract and retain top talent.
