Elizabeth O’Brien is an associate in the Raleigh, North Carolina office. She focuses her practice on employment-based U.S. immigration and works with high volume, multinational clients to develop short- and long-term immigration strategies for their employees, with a particular focus on clients in the technology and financial industries.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in O-1, EB-1A and Outstanding Researcher, EB-1C Multinational Manager and L-1 cases, as well as responding to government requests for evidence. She also has experience with H-1Bs, TNs, and PERM audits.

Elizabeth received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Juris Doctor from University of California Hastings College of the Law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
