Ellie qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in June 2024, the first to do so following successful completion of her training contract with Ogletree Deakins.

During training, Ellie assisted advising employer clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious workplace issues, working in connection with proceedings in the County Court, Employment Tribunal, and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Ellie is experienced in both domestic and international employment matters, in particular providing multi-jurisdictional advice on gender pay gap reporting and diversity monitoring requirements. Ellie is also regularly involved in advising employers on responses to employee data privacy queries, particularly data subject access requests.

Ellie is a member of the firm’s Pay Equity and Cybersecurity and Privacy practice groups.
