Emily Rupp Anderson is a counsel attorney in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office of Ogletree Deakins. Attorney Anderson represents employers on all matters impacting their employees under federal and state labor and employment laws, including compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She also counsels employers regarding internal and administrative investigations, employee relations, employment policies, and pre-litigation matters. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Emily practiced labor and employment law from both the plaintiff side and management side. She draws on this past experience to address the unique needs of each client.
