Eric de Laboulaye represents and advises French and International entities in a broad range of employment matters, whether individual and collective topics, with a special emphasis on employment aspects of reorganizations (including restructuring), transfer of undertakings (carve-out, TUPE, etc.), and pre-litigation cases. His experience in the wider litigation process implies that he is able to manage disputes effectively and provide ‘strategic’ guidance that is sensitive to the commercial needs of a company.
He has conducted many litigation cases in various French Courts.
Prior to joining the Paris office of Ogletree Deakins, Eric was an associate in several international business law firms in France and abroad.
Eric is fluent in French and English.
