Eric M. Fox

Eric is a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor, working with clients and employers in a variety of industries. He has represented public and private entities, small and large businesses, and has experience across multiple industries. He works with his clients in all areas of labor and employment litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience working on discrimination, harassment, and other FEHA claims; Title VII allegations; FMLA and CFRA claims; class action litigation including wage and hour claims and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA); administrative hearings; cannabis law; the California Labor Commissioner; and the Department of Industrial Relations hearings, among others.

He also advises clients on compliance related to California and federal law laws, questions regarding employee matters, and drafting employee policies and procedures – including handbooks.
