Isabel MacGuire is an associate attorney in the Raleigh office. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters.
Isabel attended the University of Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Spanish. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Isabel represented clients in the University of North Carolina’s Immigration Clinic in various humanitarian-based immigration matters. She also served as an editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Isabel spent two years working for the U.S. Department of Justice as an Attorney Advisor at the Houston Immigration Court.
