Jacqueline Barrett is the office managing shareholder in Ogletree Deakins’ Philadelphia office. Jacqueline represents employers in a broad spectrum of matters, however, she focuses her practice on litigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wage and hour disputes. She also has significant experience prosecuting and defending claims related to restrictive covenants and trade secret laws and representing clients in wage and hour audits.

In addition to litigating, Jacqueline regularly counsels employers, conducts harassment and discrimination trainings and investigations, and evaluates workplace policies for compliance with state and federal law.

Jacqueline practices before state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies, including but not limited to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission, and the Department of Labor.
