In her role as Director of Client Services Operations, Jansen works closely with the firm’s Chief Client Services Officer and directors to oversee the Client Services department, develop and implement key marketing strategies and initiatives, and ensure that department projects are delivered successfully and timely. She manages and oversees all aspects of the planning, marketing, and execution of the firm’s internal and client-facing national events, works with practice and industry groups to develop and advance their business development and marketing strategies, conducts client assessment survey meetings with firm clients, and works with firm attorneys on content marketing and business development.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Jansen was an associate at two law firms in Atlanta, where she represented management in labor and employment law matters. Jansen received her law degree and her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
