Jennifer G. Roeper is a shareholder in the Tampa office of Ogletree Deakins. She is board certified by the Florida bar in Immigration and Nationality Law and practices in the firm’s Immigration practice group. Jennifer represents companies throughout the world in all aspects of immigration law including the full range of employment and family based temporary visa processing, applications for permanent residence and naturalization. She assists corporate clients in developing global mobility policies and maintaining compliance with U.S. immigration laws, and represents companies in government I-9 audits and investigations.
