Jennifer P. Suberlak is of counsel in Ogletree Deakins’ San Diego office. Her practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation. Jennifer provides advice to a wide range of businesses on issues including wage and hour compliance, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace investigations, and drafts and reviews employment policies, handbooks, and forms. Jennifer also defends businesses in single and multi-plaintiff employment litigation.
Jennifer earned her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2013. While in law school, she served as Chief Managing Editor of the Women’s Law Journal.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Jennifer was an associate at a California based law firm. During law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Richard L. Fruin of the Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles.
