Jenny S. Choi

Of Counsel   |   Los Angeles

Jenny strategically navigates management in traditional labor law and litigation matters in California. On the labor side, she represents employers before the NLRB and assists employers during union organizing drives, arbitrations, and collective bargaining. She also defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and alleged violation of wage and hour laws. She has regularly appeared before state and federal courts throughout California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, California government agencies, and private arbitrators. She handles disputes from pre-litigation through any appellate processes and prides herself on resolving matters favorably, whether by prevailing on summary judgment or obtaining favorable outcomes through mediation. She also provides advice and counsel for personnel and management issues and conducts workplace investigations and trainings. Before shifting to an exclusively employment practice, Jenny defended clients in all phases of complex, multi-party litigation including business litigation, products liability, defamation, personal injury, and general liability. Her unique experience in handling labor relations and litigation in addition to her diverse litigation background allows her to take a multi-disciplinary approach to be a valuable business partner for her clients.

Jenny was selected as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder in 2021. She is a board member of her local Kiwanis Club, which supports children in her area and surrounding communities. During the football season, she is an avid supporter of her Trojans and Rams.
