Jérôme Verneret is an employment lawyer with Ogletree Deakins.
He advises French companies and subsidiaries of international groups on various aspects of employment law, covering both individual and collective issues. In particular, he has developed expertise in the management of pre-litigation cases (negotiated departures, post-termination settlements, etc.), the introduction of new working conditions (changes in working hours, changes in remuneration, etc.) and various employee savings schemes.
He also handles litigation before the various French courts.
