Jim Staley is an attorney who joined Ogletree Deakins in 2004. He represents employers and management in all aspects of employment law, ranging from client counseling regarding employment practices, policies, changes in employment laws, termination/disciplinary decisions, and workplace investigations, as well as representing employers and management in defense of claims before state and federal administrative agencies, state and federal trial courts, arbitrators, and state and federal appellate courts.
