Jordan’s comprehensive legal expertise, strong writing abilities, and scientific background make her a valuable asset to her clients and the firm.

Jordan attended the University of Alabama, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and was inducted into the Gamma Sigma Epsilon Chemistry Honor Society. She returned home to St. Louis to attend Washington University School of Law, where she served as a Primary Editor of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy and graduated cum laude.

Before joining the firm, Jordan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alok Ahuja of the Western District of the Missouri Court of Appeals, authoring numerous opinions, orders, and memoranda on a wide range of legal issues.

At Ogletree Deakins, Jordan has successfully defended employment-related disputes, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. She also has experience in ERISA litigation, defending employment benefit matters on behalf of insurance companies and employer. Additionally, her litigation expertise extends to OSHA cases, where she represents clients in complex regulatory matters. Jordan advises employers on navigating workplace injuries, leveraging her chemistry background to offer scientifically-informed safety solutions.
