Juliana C. Vallier

Juliana Vallier is an associate in the Los Angeles office at Ogletree Deakins. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide array of employment-related disputes, including representative wage and hour litigation and class actions, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.  Juliana represents employers in state and federal courts and has experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through arbitration, including dispositive motions.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Juliana served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dennis M. Cota, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Before attending law school, Juliana had over twenty years’ experience as a paralegal, including seven years as a class action paralegal with Ogletree Deakins working on a variety of state and federal cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour claims including class action litigation, as well as cases involving retaliation, sexual harassment and discrimination.

Juliana earned two undergraduate degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and received her J.D. from The University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

When not in the office, Juliana enjoys traveling with her husband, owning a pie company, and learning gemology.
