Julianne Pinter is Of Counsel in the Torrance office of Ogletree Deakins. Julianne’s litigation practice includes business disputes, employment claims, intellectual property issues, anti-trust class actions, insurance defense, and legal malpractice. She has participated in over 50 civil jury trials, hundreds of mediations and arbitrations, and over a thousand depositions.

Julianne has experience defending high tech emerging growth companies, multi-billion dollar enterprises, venture capitalists, private investors, manufacturers, retailers, franchise and small business owners, and non-profit organizations. In addition to experience representing nationally recognized non-profits in employment claims, Julianne also serves on the Board of a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention, rescue, and care of children subject to human trafficking.

Julianne also emphasizes law practice management and associate training. She has spearheaded associate and legal staff training for professional development programs in both litigation and trial skills. In addition, she has developed training materials and system improvements for streamlined case management.

As a former in-house Manager for the Legal and Business Affairs Department of Peer Music, Inc. in Los Angeles, California, Julianne is well-versed in the employment needs and perspectives of corporate clients. Julianne has also provided strategic business advice to dozens of entrepreneurs and founders, drawing off of her personal experience as a founder of numerous start-ups in technology, entertainment, and retail manufacturing.
