Kaitlyn is an associate attorney in the Miami office of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice is focused primarily on labor and employment litigation. Kaitlyn represents employers in a variety of employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, disability accommodation, religious accommodation, and violations of leave laws.
Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law where she graduated as the Salutatorian of her class. During law school, Kaitlyn was an Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review, served as a board member on the FIU Law Board of Appellate Advocates, and was selected for the Middle District of Florida’s Summer Rotational Program in 2022, where she interned with Senior District Judge Virginia Covington, Magistrate Judge Sean Flynn, and Chief Bankruptcy Judge Caryl E. Delano.
Kaitlyn obtained her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Florida State University. She also earned an undergraduate certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
