These clerkships provided Kathleen with invaluable insights into the judicial process and a deep understanding of complex legal issues. Before her clerkships, Kathleen was an associate at a large Pittsburgh-based law firm.

Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Cercone, worked as a summer associate at a large Pittsburgh-based law firm, and served as the Executive Content Editor of Duquesne’s Joule Law Journal. These experiences have equipped Kathleen with a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy.
