Kathleen Klapkowski is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Kathleen served as a law clerk for the Honorable David S. Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Carlota M. Böhm for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Before her clerkships, Kathleen was an associate at a large Pittsburgh-based law firm. Kathleen is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable David S. Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, worked as a summer associate at a large Pittsburgh firm, and served as the Executive Content Editor of Duquesne’s Joule Law Journal.
