Kathleen M. Sawtell

Kathleen Sawtell, an associate in the Indianapolis office, focuses on labor and employment litigation. Before joining Ogletree, Kathleen worked at a regional firm practicing insurance defense and tort litigation. She has represented business entities and individuals in disputes concerning anything from insurance claim amounts and first-party fraud to allegations of negligence and breach of contract.
