Kelly M. Breckenridge

• Kelly has represented both private and public companies by managing all employment law related matters. This included all human resources issues, policy creation/revisions, investigations, mediations, arbitrations, EEOC matters, benefits, leaves of absences, trials, served on company’s workers comp Board of Directors
• Hired, supervised, and managed outside counsel
• Created a contract review process
• Drafted contracts for all employment law matters, instituted reductions in force, basic immigration petitions (H1B for example)
• Kelly also held title of VP of HR at the same time as acting as in-house employment counsel; worked in staffing, automotive, retail, merchandising, utility industries, and at a law firm
• Worked as Prosecuting attorney for 3 years during law school trying cases
