Kimberly represents businesses in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation in federal and state courts, claims before the Washington Office of Administrative Hearings, and labor arbitrations. Kimberly has a particular interest in representing clients in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, allegations of Title VII and Title IX violations, Unfair Labor Practices, workplace investigations, and labor grievances. She represents employers before Washington state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission and other state and municipal agencies. Kimberly has an interest in ethics and is an active member of the American Bar Association and currently serves on committees within the Center for Professional Responsibility.
Kimberly joined Ogletree Deakins from a local Seattle law firm representing quasi-municipal corporations in general counsel work and employment & labor work. Kimberly is a 2023 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as the Internal Associate Editor in Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts and Co-President of the Law and Business Association. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Criminal Justice and Criminology in 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Kimberly worked in the Seattle area for a national insurance company in its Management Development Program and as a Claims Trainer supervising multiple employees, where she routinely addressed employment related issues.
