Kristen Tully is an associate in the Raleigh office specializing in employment based nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B, O, L, E, and TN petitions, and immigrant matters, including EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. She cultivates expert-level comprehension of her client’s industries so that she can partner with them to customize immigration strategies that align with their business sectors and objectives. Industries she supports includes technology, fintech, biotech, manufacturing, healthcare, artificial intelligence, higher education, clean energy, entertainment. Additionally, she advises clients on managing their immigration programs to remain compliant with immigration policies.
Kristen also has expertise in the Global Practice. Her experience spans 120+ countries. Kristen was a legal fellow at Massachusetts Law Reform Institute where she advocated on behalf of low income immigrants across the state of Massachusetts, and later worked as a law clerk with the US Attorney’s office.
Kristen earned her JD from Northeastern University, is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has been selected to Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters Raising Stars for 2023 and 2024. In her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling, board games, and spending time with her family.
