Kristin Christensen is Client Team Counsel based in Ogletree’s San Francisco Office. She defends employers and management against California and Federal employment litigation claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, and other claims.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Kristin worked at the Bay Area office of a national all-service defense law firm defending clients in general liability claims with a concentration on employment claims and lawsuits including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
Kristin grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and received her juris doctor degree from University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school she worked at USF’s Employment Law Clinic where she represented clients at the California Labor Commission, EEOC, and MSPB. She also interned for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office for their Workers’ Compensation and Government Teams.
Prior to law school, Kristin attended University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science. She also interned for the Department of State in Washington, DC and attended the University of California’s UC in DC program.
