Kristin Kovacich is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. Her practice focuses on representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating labor and employment matters at the state and federal level, Kristin provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting personnel policies, handbooks, employment and separation agreements, arbitration agreements, and other employment-related documents.
Kristin received her J.D., with honors, from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Southern California. As a student at Chapman University, she served as articles editor of the Chapman Law Review. Before law school, Kristin worked in the publishing industry.
