Kymberly Baranzyk practices in the Austin office of Ogletree Deakins. She counsels domestic and multinational corporate clients on all aspects of U.S. business immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, compliance, and related matters. Kymberly works closely with employers to provide key insights and strategies for international assignments and the employment of foreign nationals on both a temporary and permanent basis in the United States. She represents employers and individuals before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Kymberly has practiced a broad range of immigration law, including employment and family-based immigration, removal defense before the immigration courts, naturalization, and humanitarian relief. She has significant experience handling complex immigration cases and providing counsel on the immigration consequences of criminal activity. She provides pro-bono assistance in the areas of asylum, special immigrant juveniles, U-nonimmigrant status, and VAWA.
