Laura Grubb is an associate in the firm’s Phoenix office, where she advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She has appeared before federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies on behalf of employers in a wide variety of matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of employment agreements, and additional issues under the American with Disabilities Act and Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Laura regularly advises clients on implementation of employment practices and policies, wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence and accommodation requests, employee separations and reductions-in-force. She also assists clients with internal investigations and training related to employment issues.
Laura attended law school at Pepperdine University, where she was an avid member of the school’s Moot Court team, and Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Texas A&M University.
