Letty Aguilar represents employers across various industries, and takes pride in her ability to effectively represent, defend, and counsel her clients on a variety of employment related matters. Letty regularly represents employers before administrative agencies and defends employers in lawsuits brought in state and federal court regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave violations, and wage and hour claims under state and federal law.
Letty provides daily advice to employers on complex human resources issues including compliance with state and federal employment statutes, navigating leave and accommodation situations, handling personnel issues, internal procedures, and conducting workplace investigations. She also reviews and drafts employment agreements, executive agreements, severance agreements, noncompete agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, employee handbooks, and corporate policies. In addition, Letty conducts training for employees and management on best practices and policies, and litigation avoidance. She also conducts complex internal investigations.
Letty was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and is a proud and active member of the community. She is married and resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband.
