Lori Winland has substantial experience in administrative and regulatory law and litigation. In addition to representing clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts, she frequently advises governmental entities and private entities doing business with the government on ethics, employment, open government, procurement, and contracting issues.
After beginning her legal career as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert H. Henry of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Lori practiced administrative and regulatory law in Austin, Texas, where she represented numerous government and private entities in administrative appeals, open records disputes, rulemakings, and other administrative matters before Texas state agencies and federal agencies. She returned to her hometown of Oklahoma City in 2013.
