Lyne Richardson is a nationally recognized expert in labor and employment law and is a shareholder in the firm practicing in California. Her peers have selected her for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for more than 10 years, and she has been recognized by Super Lawyers for many years in employment litigation. In addition, Lyne has been named one of the Best Women Lawyers in Los Angeles, as well as one of the top lawyers in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Times.

She is a litigator with 30 years of experience defending clients throughout California in both state and federal courts and in front of various government agencies such as the Department of Labor. She has tried cases in court and before government agencies, and she has also responded to complaints filed with the EEOC, DFEH, and the DOL. She has extensive experience and expertise defending companies and their management in sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, and ADA cases.

Lyne also defends class action and PAGA claims. She regularly counsels clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, provides management and sexual harassment training, and prepares employee handbooks and other employment-related documents.

Lyne is a frequent speaker on various labor and employment topics. Prior to attending law school, she was a White House intern for President Reagan and worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
