Chief Talent Officer Margaret (Meg) Holman leads a collaborative team responsible for attracting, developing, and advancing Ogletree Deakins attorneys and professional staff world-wide. With a constant focus on client need, Ms. Holman and her team work across offices and operational departments to create an inclusive work environment of mutual respect, continuous learning, and professional growth opportunity.

Ms. Holman began her legal career as a practicing attorney with national labor and employment boutique FordHarrison LLP where she later assumed responsibility for attorney professional development and strategic projects, and in 2018, became the firm’s first chief operating officer. Ms. Holman also served as a member of the professional development team at King & Spalding LLP creating and executing development initiatives for attorneys across the globe.

Ms. Holman earned her Master’s in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University, her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, and her B.A. from Furman University. She is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Association of Legal Administrators, the National Association for Law Placement, and The Professional Development Consortium.
