Mariah Micca joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate in November of 2024. Mariah represents employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, on a wide range of employment-related matters, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; wrongful termination; and employee leaves and accommodations. She also provides traditional labor law advice and has represented employers in grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, and during union organizing campaigns.
Mariah provides preventative counseling to clients with respect to personnel matters such as employee discipline, workplace investigations, trainings, and policy review/development.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mariah was an associate attorney at a boutique firm in the greater Boston area. In this role she represented both public and private employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. Additionally, she represented public schools in matters involving compliance with Title IX, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
