Marielle A. Moore has experience representing employers across many industries in all stages of litigation, from severance negotiations through trial, and assisting clients with all of their day-to-day employment needs.

She specializes in defending clients against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under federal, state, and local laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, and various whistleblower statutes. She frequently litigates wage-and-hour individual and class actions.  In the courtroom, Marielle has won verdicts in her clients’ favor in sexual harassment/discrimination and unfair competition/trade secrets cases.

Marielle also uses her expertise to help clients avoid litigation whenever possible, including advising on wage-and-hour best practices, compliance with the Colorado Wage Claim Act, the Interactive Process, leaves of absence, branch/office closures, protecting trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and exempt status.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, Marielle helped clients navigate complex public health regulations to keep their customers and employees safe and their businesses healthy.
