Marielly is an associate in the Tampa office of Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on representing corporations and management in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, unfair competition, FMLA, and whistleblowing claims. Marielly also provides advice and assistance to employers with employee and policy-related matters.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Marielly was an associate at a national labor and employment law firm in Tampa. Marielly received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she served as an Intern in the Florida Second District Court of Appeal to the Honorable Morris Silberman.
When not practicing law, Marielly enjoys spending time with her dog, Charlie. She also enjoys rollerblading and watching college football (Geaux Tigers).
Marielly is fluent in Spanish.
