Marissa R. Harrell

Marissa Harrell is an associate attorney in the Wilton office of Ogletree Deakins. She counsels domestic and multinational corporate clients on all aspects of U.S. business immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, compliance, and related matters. Marissa has represented a wide-range of clients in industries including technology, healthcare, and financial services, to name a few.

Throughout her career, Marissa has practiced a broad range of immigration law, including employment and family-based immigration, removal defense before the immigration courts, naturalization, and humanitarian relief and has represented employers and individuals before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University.
