Marsha S. Clarke

Marsha is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office where she manages complex business immigration matters, with specific expertise handling immigrant and nonimmigrant case types. This includes H-1B, L-1, TN, H-1B1, E-3, prevailing wage determinations, PERM, I-140 and employment-based and family-based AOS cases. Her current practice includes representing multinational corporations and providing strategic advice and planning on a full range of immigration law matters before various government agencies (DOL, USCIS, DOS, etc.). In addition, she advises clients on immigration-related compliance matters, regulatory changes, and adjudicatory trends, requiring her to work closely with in-house counsel, HR, and Global Mobility teams.
