Maryam Rastegar

Maryam Rastegar is an experienced employment law attorney who specializes in providing strategic and practical advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment matters, including performance management, terminations, leaves and accommodations, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, and reductions in force. Maryam also regularly drafts and revises employer policies, handbooks, and agreements to ensure compliance with California’s ever changing laws.
