Matt Dillinger advises corporate clients on all aspects of employment-based immigration law. He has served as immigration counsel to some of the largest U.S. companies across industries including financial technology, consulting, healthcare, higher education, and IT. Matt partners with clients to design and manage bespoke, high-volume immigration programs that ensure compliance while supporting business goals and company values.

In addition to managing all standard employment-based immigration case types, his experience includes complex matters such as Motions to Reopen, appeals before the BIA and AAO, and federal litigation challenging agency errors or misapplication of law. Matt is known for translating complex immigration rules into clear, actionable guidance, empowering employers and foreign nationals to make informed decisions.

Passionate about the role of immigration in shaping business and society, Matt has maintained a strong pro bono practice throughout his career. He previously served as the pro bono coordinator at a leading national immigration firm and as a board member of the National Immigrant Justice Center. His international experience in Japan and Chile informs a nuanced understanding of cross-border mobility and cultural considerations.
