Michael Mohler represents employers in employment-related litigation and provides proactive advice and counsel on policies, practices, and compliance. Michael focuses his practice on workplace discrimination (including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, 42 U.S.C. ยง 1981, and state and local laws) and wage & hour regulations, with an emphasis on class and collective actions under FLSA and ERISA. Michael practices in Indiana and Kentucky and provides advice and counsel for complying with both statesโ employment-related laws.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Michael practiced at a national labor and employment boutique firm. Following law school, Michael clerked for Magistrate Judge Tim A. Baker in the Southern District of Indiana. He went to law school at the University of Arizona, graduating magna cum laude. Michael earned his undergraduate degrees in History and American Studies from Indiana University, where he was a member of the varsity swimming team.
