Michael is an associate in the Stamford office of Ogletree Deakins. Michael works with companies and human resource professionals to achieve their goals and solve employment issues affecting the workplace. He counsels employers on various issues including employee discipline, family and medical leave, and wage and hour issues.
Michael also regularly represents a wide variety of employers in litigation with respect to allegations of retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. He has experience before state and federal courts, government agencies, and in arbitration and mediation.
Michael received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Villanova University. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he was a Senior Associate on the Pace Law Review.
