Minisha focuses her practice on all aspects of employment-based immigration from nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visa applications to providing large multinational corporations with short and long term immigration strategies as well as developing their immigration programs. Minisha assists her clients with navigating the complexities of immigration regulations by providing solutions that fit the client’s business needs and objectives. In representing these corporations, she also remains abreast of updates pertaining to the overall business and industry related news to best assist them in developing their immigration programs.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Minisha worked at an international Immigration law firm in Miami, where she led the legal strategy for several large corporations and played a key leadership role in client management. Her experience includes counseling international and domestic corporations, multinational companies, foreign investors, professionals, artists/entertainers, and major league sports teams. She has represented clients in a variety of industries ranging from technology and financial services to logistics and entertainment.

Minisha received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She speaks English and is verbally fluent in Hindi and Gujarati. In her free time, Minisha enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and writing.
