Minnie Tsai Nelson

Minnie Tsai Nelson’s immigration practice has largely been focused on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. She previously worked at a boutique immigration firm in Houston, Texas, representing individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of immigration matters, with a particular focus on investor and employment-based matters, but also in family-based immigration, naturalization, and other related issues. She regularly represented clients before the local USCIS district office on matters relating to adjustment of status and naturalization.

Minnie is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She was selected for inclusion in the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions of Best Lawyers Ones to Watch.
