Mitch has defended hundreds of complex matters in state and federal courts throughout California. He has defeated class certification of minimum wage, overtime, meal period, rest break, expense reimbursement, wage statement, and final wage claims, among others. Beyond his expertise in wage and hour disputes, Mitch has also defended employers in single-plaintiff cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as in civil rights matters.
Mitch regularly advises clients on a wide array of compliance issues. He collaborates closely with clients to mitigate litigation risks by developing and implementing employment policies that not only comply with the Labor Code but also align with the specific needs and goals of their businesses.
