Molly Rezac advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including proactive employee relations, wage and hour issues, harassment and discrimination claims, as well as effective hiring and separation techniques. She regularly assists employers in formulating employment policies and drafting employee handbooks, and presents workplace seminars for management and employees regarding federal and state employment law. In addition, Molly conducts workplace investigations of complex and highly sensitive matters involving claims of sexual and racial harassment, code of conduct violations, whistleblowing claims and executive misconduct. Molly defends employers in all types of employment litigation matters including discrimination claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), in addition to retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims, breach of contract claims, and claims involving workplace torts. She practices before all federal and state agencies charged with enforcement of these statutes as well as represents clients in courtroom litigation in all courts.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in 2015, Molly was a shareholder at Gordon Silver and Jones Vargas, where she was the head of the Employment Section for both firms.
