Natalie Dargene represents employers in both employment and traditional labor matters. She practices in all areas of employment law, including federal and state discrimination cases filed under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and the FMLA. She also has experience defending employers against unfair labor practice charges and advising clients on best practices in labor relations.
Prior to joining the firm, Natalie spent two summers as a summer associate with Ogletree Deakins. While attending law school, she served as an articles editor for the Southern Methodist Law Review.
