Olivia Schwab is an associate attorney in the firm’s Nashville office.
Olivia joins the firm after graduating, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. She served as an Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, where her article on protecting the health and safety of casino workers by implementing smokefree legislation was chosen for publication. Olivia also interned as a law clerk for the Office of General Counsel at a major university and healthcare system where she worked on various labor and employment issues, including workplace discrimination matters.
Prior to law school, Olivia received a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi, summa cum laude, where she was also a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. Olivia focused her studies on corporate branding and public relations and successfully defended her thesis evaluating how companies must handle crisis communications and corporate activism. Olivia was chosen from the top 1% of her graduating class to receive a Taylor Medal, the highest academic award offered by the University.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband Mason, visiting U.S. National Parks, and being a dedicated fan of all things Ole Miss.
