• Advises companies in matters related to employment relationships with their employees on day-to-day employment matters.
• Assists and advises companies on employment termination procedures, from determining the appropriate course of action to executing said procedures.
• Has assisted with implementing employment strategies derived from relevant Mexican Federal Labor Law amendments.
• Assists companies in conducting investigations derived from ethics line complaints and prohibited conduct in the workplace.
• Assists companies in obtaining the corresponding Employer Certificate Registration before the National Immigration Institute and its annual renewal.
• Assists companies with filing work permit applications before the National Immigration Institute in connection with foreign employees who will be assigned to work in Mexico until the issuance of the final Temporary Residency Card.
• Assists foreign employees with obtaining their families’ economic dependency Residency Cards.
• Assists companies and their foreign employees with diverse immigration procedures before the National Immigration Institute, such as renewals of Residency Cards and notifications of personal changes (civil status, domicile, name, employer, etc.).
• Helps companies and their foreign employees to obtain Permanent Residencies in Mexico.
