Paul J. De Boe

Paul De Boe is an of counsel attorney in the Miami office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. His practice focuses in the area of employment litigation including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and family and medical leave law violations. Paul also counsels and defends clients in claims brought pursuant to Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act involving brick and mortar locations as well as website accessibility, and state and federal consumer protection laws.

Paul is a 2007 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He received his B.A. in 2004 from Calvin College.

Paul has successfully represented large national corporations, small business, colleges, and universities in state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings. He has obtained a zero-dollar voluntary dismissal with prejudice of a lawsuit brought for violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and dismissal with prejudice of claims of wrongful discharge in violation of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Retaliation Statute in both state court and binding arbitration. He has second-chaired trials to verdict in actions arising under various personal injury, insurance coverage, and products liability cases.
